- About 350 Employees Unite in a Push for Zero Accidents – “Safety is an Absolute, Non-Negotiable Value.”

Hyundai Elevator held an event to elevate safety awareness and reinforce a company-wide push toward zero accidents. 

On March 17, Hyundai Elevator convened the ‘2026 Safety Resolution Rally’ at its Chungju Smart Campus. The event brought together over 350 participants, ranging from CEO Cho Jae-cheon, labor union representatives, and employees from the production, installation, and R&D divisions.

The rally opened with a sincere moment of silence for victims of industrial accidents, followed by labor and management representatives jointly reciting a pledge for accident prevention and delivering remarks to call for safety practices. The event further served as a platx-x-form to reaffirm the critical importance of on-site safety while outlining concrete action plans to x-x-embed a ‘zero-accident culture’ across every workplace.

In particular, the ‘3GO·3OUT’ safety practice perx-x-formance caught everyone’s eye by visualizing on-site rules. Through hands-on activity, participants reinforced their resolve by creating ‘3GO’ boxes labeled with action guidelines and ‘3OUT’ boxes representing hazards to be eliminated. 

The program continued with a special safety training session designed to bolster employee safety capabilities by sharing accident prevention measures and management standards rooted in real-world, on-site cases.

Hyundai Elevator CEO Cho Jae-cheon emphasized that, “Safety is the paramount foundation and the highest priority in corporate management that should never be compromised.” He further stated, “Let us all take ownership of safety and achieve a zero-accident workplace by practicing proactive, field-oriented prevention together.”

Hyundai Elevator has leveraged its annual Safety Resolution Rally to mobilize company-wide safety capabilities to date. Building on last year’s initiative under the slogan ‘Making Safety a Habit,’ the company continues to spearhead field-oriented safety by fortifying its health and safety management systems to prevent serious industrial accidents.
