Hyundai Elevator strengthens communications with customers by reorganizing website.

Hyundai Elevator (CEO Bob Jang) strengthens communications with customers through reorganization of its website. The new website has unveiled with two languages (KOR, ENG) and formations (PC, mobile). Hyundai Elevator improved its informational accessibility and emphasized visual elements by reflecting up to date multimedia trends.


The website, consists of four categories; corporate info., solutions, innovations, support, provides its products (elevators, escalators, moving walks, auto parking systems), major references, core technology and maintenance services as well as H-SMART SYSTEM a newly launched maintenance service based on AI(Artificial Intelligence) chat bot. “Customers could easily find the information on the website that used to be available from salespersons.” said a company official.


Communicational functions are also be improved. Hyundai Elevator has simplified customer inquiries and reporting process and FAQ menu makes it easier to check out the information such as its products, maintenance, safety knowledges.
